BOOKINGS

• The Savannah Bungalow is available for a minimum stay of 30 days.

• Base Rate: $3100/month with discounts applied depending upon length of stay. Small dogs allowed with prior arrangement and small fee.

• Stays of 45 days or longer receive a complimentary mid-stay clean.

• To reserve your dates, we require a 25% deposit of the total amount due plus a $500 refundable security deposit.

• We accept Zelle and Bank Electronic Transfers as forms of payment.

• All guests must agree to our Booking Terms and Conditions prior to confirmation.
